Refund & Return Policy
Graphic Nature products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anthony@graphic-nature.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
If the issue is approved, we’ll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Sizing Issues
Please review the size guide on the product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for sizing issues unless the item itself was mislabeled or produced incorrectly.
Order Changes Or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at anthony@graphic-nature.com. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll help review the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
